Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the Fixitto service. By registering and using the Service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the provider and the user of the Fixitto service available at www.fixitto.app (the "Service").
1.2. The provider of the Service is:
David Storm
registered office: Kupkova 947/17, 103 00 Prague, Czech Republic
Company ID: 01522795
not a VAT payer
registered in the Trade Licensing Register
(the "Provider")
1.3. Contact email for questions and support: support@fixitto.app.
1.4. A user is a natural or legal person who registers for the Service and uses it (the "User"). By registering and using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. Fixitto is a tool for automated accessibility auditing of websites according to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. Based on a URL provided by the User, it scans selected pages, identifies possible accessibility issues, and uses artificial intelligence to prepare clear explanations and suggested fixes.
2.2. Audit results are generated automatically using the axe-core tool and enriched using a third-party language model. Details of data processing are governed by the Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Service is offered in a free plan and in paid plans (Starter and Pro), which differ mainly in the number of scans per month, the maximum number of pages scanned, and other features. The free plan allows a limited number of scans per month. The current overview of plans, their limits, and prices is always available within the Service (in the account section).
2.4. The Service is still evolving; its features, scope, and availability may change. The Provider reserves the right to change the scope, limits, and prices of individual plans as well as the scope of free use. The Provider will inform the User of material changes in advance.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Use of the Service requires registration with an email address and password.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for securing their sign-in credentials. The User is responsible for all activity carried out through their account and undertakes to inform the Provider without delay of any unauthorized use of the account.
3.3. The Provider is entitled to cancel the User's account or restrict access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4. Scanning and Responsibility
4.1. The User declares and is responsible for being authorized to scan the website provided — i.e. that they are its owner or operator, or have consent from an authorized person to perform an automated audit.
4.2. The Provider is not liable if the User submits for audit a website they are not authorized to scan. All liability towards third parties for unauthorized scanning rests solely with the User.
4.3. The Service's scanner respects the robots.txt file of scanned websites and scans only publicly available pages (without login).
4.4. The User undertakes not to use the Service for purposes that could harm scanned websites, in particular excessive server load, circumventing security measures, or any activity contrary to law.
5. Results and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Audit results are informational and automated only. They identify selected, technically detectable accessibility issues according to the rules of the axe-core tool.
5.2. Audit results are not a guarantee or confirmation of full compliance of a website with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, the European Accessibility Act, or any other legal regulations. An automated audit cannot detect all issues; some WCAG criteria require manual and expert assessment.
5.3. Audit results do not replace expert assessment, manual testing, or legal advice in the area of accessibility. Explanations and suggested fixes generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies, and the User is obliged to verify them before applying.
5.4. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Provider is not liable for any damage arising from reliance on audit results, decisions made on their basis, or any unavailability or errors of the Service.
5.5. The limitation of liability under this article does not apply to cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (in particular harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All rights to the Service, its content, design, and software belong to the Provider, unless stated otherwise.
6.2. The User may freely use the audit results generated for them, both for their own needs and for the needs of their clients.
7. Availability of the Service
7.1. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Provider's control.
7.2. The Provider is entitled to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time, in particular given that the Service is still evolving.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The processing of the User's personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy available at www.fixitto.app/privacy.
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. The Provider is entitled to change these Terms. The Provider will inform the User of material changes by email or by notice within the Service.
9.2. By continuing to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, the User agrees to the changes.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
10.3. These Terms take effect on 18 June 2026.
